The Sincro SK 225 and SK 250 series represent a robust lineup of mid-to-high power three-phase alternators designed for heavy-duty industrial applications. Operating at 1800 RPM, these 4-pole, brushless AC alternators are specifically engineered and CSA/UL certified to meet the rigorous demands of the North American market. Manufactured entirely in Europe under ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards, these units combine versatility, extreme reliability, and a user-friendly approach.
Key Features & OEM Benefits
Optimized Compactness: Developed using advanced FEM systems to optimize the electromagnetic circuit, the SK range is among the most compact on the market. This allows gen-set manufacturers to significantly reduce costs related to canopies, basements, and logistics (storage and shipping).
Premium Windings: Unlike smaller models, the SK 225 and SK 250 series feature a 2/3 winding pitch. They are impregnated with high-temperature resistant resins (primary impregnation) and are tropicalized as a standard treatment to endure harsh environments.
Effortless Installation & Access: The terminal box layout permits cable exits from both sides of the alternator, simplifying connections. Protection grids utilize special hooks for quick assembly and disassembly, while the AVR can be easily and safely accessed for settings via a dedicated small opening.
Stable Voltage Regulation: Both series come standard with an analogic Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) powered by an auxiliary winding, ensuring reliable power delivery.
