The Sincro ASG series features premium asynchronous low voltage AC alternators built for constant speed applications. Operating as 2-pole, single-phase machines at 3000/3600 RPM, they are usually coupled to engines to create highly dependable portable generating sets. Engineered with advanced induction technology, these alternators deliver exceptional durability for both standard and customized executions.

• Advanced Induction Technology: Operates as a highly efficient brushless asynchronous alternator. Capacitors for self-excitation are included as standard.

• Superior Power Quality: They offer an excellent wave form with low THD values. This makes them ideal to supply electricity to resistive loads and electronic devices safely.

• Rugged IP54 Enclosure: They use a die-cast aluminium housing. This is designed to guarantee IP54 protection and features an IC411 cooling system (TEFC).

• Maintenance-Free Reliability: These generators are very reliable and robust. Because no brushes are needed, routine maintenance is kept to an absolute minimum.

• Flexible Coupling Options: Standard couplings include SAE J609a-J609b across frame sizes 80-90, 112, and 132, as well as cone options. Different couplings are available on request.

• Customizable Executions: Beyond the standard IP54 build, drip-proof construction (IP23) is available on request. Single-phase versions with sockets (IP44) are also available.
