The SK315 Series Synchronous Air-Cooled Alternators are designed for mini and medium combined heat and power (CHP) systems, delivering reliable continuous-duty performance, high electrical efficiency, and exceptional durability. Optimized for demanding cogeneration applications, the SK315 range combines compact construction with advanced brushless AVR technology to provide stable voltage output and long-term operational reliability.

Available in SK315 SS, SK315 SM, and SK315 SL models, the series offers power outputs from 256.8 kWe to 329.5 kWe (50 Hz) and 308 kWe to 396 kWe (60 Hz), with efficiencies reaching 94.5%. These alternators are engineered for continuous operation in industrial, commercial, biogas, natural gas, and district energy CHP plants where efficiency and uptime are critical.

The SK315 Series features Class H insulation with Class F temperature rise, a digital automatic voltage regulator (AVR), Advanced Parallel Device (APD) with transformer, 3 × PT100 temperature sensors, 2/3 winding pitch, and IP23 enclosure protection. A brushless design minimizes maintenance while ensuring reliable power generation in demanding operating conditions.

Optional configurations include PMG excitation, double-bearing construction, remote voltage potentiometer, bearing PT100 sensors, regreasable bearings, space heaters, air inlet filters, IP44 protection, special voltage configurations, winding protection for harsh environments, and CSA/UL certification, allowing OEMs to customize the alternator for virtually any CHP installation.
