Purpose-built for special gen-sets, these brushless alternators feature a standard IP54 protection degree and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) construction. Manufactured in Italy, the SSG series is exceptionally durable, robust, and reliable, engineered to face the most demanding applications and severe environmental conditions.

Critical Applications

Exceptionally versatile, SINCRO SSG alternators are used on both mobile gensets and auxiliary power units. They can be mounted directly on vehicles to internal combustion engines or hydraulic motors. Because the power generation world does not allow for energy failure, these units secure outstanding performance without compromise across multiple critical sectors:

The SINCRO SSG 112 series features heavy-duty, 2-pole synchronous low-voltage AC alternators engineered with an IP54 protection degree. Designed to withstand tough environments, these single-phase, brushless alternators utilize a capacitor for reliable power generation. Compliant with top international standards (EN 60034-1, IEC 60034-1, ISO 8528-3), the SSG 112 is built for endurance and consistent performance in demanding applications.

  • Power Output: 115/230V at 50 Hz (3000 rpm) or 120/240V at 60 Hz (3600 rpm).

  • Standard Execution: Features heavy-duty bearings and a metal right-side terminal box equipped with a capacitor.

  • Couplings: Comes with a J609A coupling for the A2-C model and a J609B coupling for the C2-C model.

  • Electrical Data: Built with Class F insulation, >500% In short circuit current, and <5% total harmonic distortion.

  • Customizations (On Request): Available options include UL 1446 compliant insulation, a 12V 10A battery charger AC output, and an integrated IP44 control panel with sockets and a magnetothermic switch.

Sincro SSG
 SSG 132 Single phase series

The SINCRO SSG 132 series features robust, single-phase brushless alternators equipped with an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). Engineered for demanding environments, they offer a standard IP54 protection degree and fully comply with EN 60034-1, IEC 60034-1, and ISO 8528-3 standards.

  • Power Output: Delivers 4.5 to 10 kVA at 50 Hz (115/230 V) and 5.4 to 12 kVA at 60 Hz (120/240 V).

  • Durability: Features heavy-duty bearings designed for continuous, rigorous operation.

  • Stability: Maintains a transient voltage drop of less than 18% for a rated step load at a 0.8 power factor.

  • Standard Execution: Comes out of the box with a J609B coupling and a metal right-side terminal box housing an analogic AVR and an EMI filter.

The SINCRO SSG 132 series features heavy-duty, 2-pole constant-speed three-phase alternators equipped with brushless technology and AVR for precise voltage control. Built with a rugged IP54 protection degree, they are engineered for reliable power generation in demanding environments like fire and rescue, military, transportation, railway, and construction gensets.

  • Power Output: Delivers 6 to 16 kVA at 50 Hz (3000 rpm) and 7.2 to 19.2 kVA at 60 Hz (3600 rpm).

  • Couplings: Available with standard CONE, SAE, and IM B34 configurations.

  • Customizations (On Request): Can be tailored with special voltages, tropicalization for extreme climates, or exit cables with a loose AVR.

  • Optional Control Panel: Upgradeable to include 1 CEE 400V socket, 3 schukos 230V sockets, and a magnetothermic switch to meet specific project needs.
